The Ghetto Gourmet is excited to extend our South Florida stay with three more events this wednesday, thursday and friday, february 21st - 23rd featuring Guest Chef Tim Trojian.

The space for the evening is a really special penthouse on the bay in north miami. our host is a very interesting person with excellent art and great stories. Anyway, it'll be fun and delicious and even better if you're there.

our events are BYOB + a floor cushion. we'll have some local guest performers and a bunch of new friends.

From the South of France

12 herb and spice crusted tuna loin on a garlic tosted bagette topped with Rouille served in a fresh tomato, basil and xv olive oil broth

From Indo- Sine

A chilled rice noodle salad w/ crisp fresh vegetables, chiffonade of lettuce and crisp wontons

From Northern Africa

A gallentine from free range poultry flavored with salami, pistachios and apricots served with an orange, onion and lentil salad.

From Mexico

Strawberry, white chocolate and galiano Tres Leches
